{"id":126,"date":"2017-07-21T20:00:43","date_gmt":"2017-07-21T20:00:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/heathenworkshop.com\/goca\/2017\/07\/21\/rvr-bugganes-obelisk-and-daily-quest-hot-fix\/"},"modified":"2017-07-21T20:00:43","modified_gmt":"2017-07-21T20:00:43","slug":"rvr-bugganes-obelisk-and-daily-quest-hot-fix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/heathenworkshop.com\/goca\/2017\/07\/21\/rvr-bugganes-obelisk-and-daily-quest-hot-fix\/","title":{"rendered":"RvR Buggane&#039;s Obelisk and Daily Quest Hot Fix"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">We&#8217;re excited to announce the following changes!<\/p>\n<div>\n\t<strong>Buggane&#8217;s Obelisk<\/strong><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tBuggane&#8217;s Obelisk will now rotate its locations in conjunction with the rotating daily bonus quest&#8217;s location.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThis means if the daily bonus quest from the General is located in Albion&#8217;s Brough Ruins (Alb Maze) for the day, Buggane&#8217;s Obelisk will spawn there as well.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThis does mean that if the obelisk is up in 1 location, it is down in all other locations.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tEllan Vannin will no longer have the obelisk up unless the daily rotating quest is also in Ellan Vannin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tWhen the quest changes at 12:01 EST each night, Buggane&#8217;s Obelisk location will change too!<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tSpeak with General Kogis, General Bruki, or General Vegda in each realm&#8217;s relic town and they will also tell you where Buggane&#8217;s is located (along with aligning with their rotating quest that day).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tRealm ownership of Buggane&#8217;s Obelisk will still show in the \/realm window regardless of where Buggane&#8217;s Obelisk is currently located.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tBuggane&#8217;s Obelisk once again awards a bonus to realm points in addition to its bonus to bounty points and coin earned.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tIts bonus amounts still scale as follows based on realm rank:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tRealm Rank 1L1 &#8211; 3L9: 75% bonus to RP\/BP\/Coin<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tRealm Rank 4L0 &#8211; 5L9: 50% bonus to RP\/BP\/Coin<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tRealm Rank 6L0 &#8211; 7L9: 25% bonus to RP\/BP\/Coin<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\tRealm Rank 8L0+: 15% bonus to RP\/BP\/Coin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tIts duration is still 2 hours and lasts through death and logout; however, it no longer lasts after zoning out of the frontiers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tSiege weapons are not allowed within 850 units of the obelisk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n\t<strong>Daily Quests<\/strong><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tThe quest [Daily] The Solo Road has had its kill requirements reduced from 20 to 10.
