\nIn order to aid us in diagnosing crash issues, please send us your dxdiag file following the steps below.<\/p>\n

HOW TO RUN DXDIAG:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n

  1. \n\t\tPress the Windows key and type dxdiag in the search box<\/li>\n
  2. \n\t\tClick on dxdiag.exe<\/li>\n
  3. \n\t\tWhen DxDiag opens, check to see if there\u2019s a button that says Run 64-bit DxDiag \u2013 if there is click it
    \n\t\t—If that button doesn\u2019t appear, move to step 6.<\/li>\n
  4. \n\t\tYou\u2019ll see a green progress bar in the bottom-left of the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window while the program is gathering information.<\/li>\n
  5. \n\t\tWhen the progress bar disappears, it means your report is ready.<\/li>\n
  6. \n\t\tClick Save All Information.<\/li>\n
  7. \n\t\tSave the file to your desktop (make sure it\u2019s saving as a text file) and give it a name you\u2019ll remember.<\/li>\n
  8. \n\t\tClick Exit.<\/li>\n
  9. \n\t\tAttach the file you just saved by clicking upload below.<\/li>\n
  10. \n\t\tClick submit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
