{"id":83,"date":"2017-03-08T00:58:31","date_gmt":"2017-03-08T00:58:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/heathenworkshop.com\/goca\/2017\/03\/08\/pendragon-server-downtime-patch-1-122c-2\/"},"modified":"2017-03-08T00:58:31","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T00:58:31","slug":"pendragon-server-downtime-patch-1-122c-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/heathenworkshop.com\/goca\/2017\/03\/08\/pendragon-server-downtime-patch-1-122c-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Pendragon Server Downtime &#8211; Patch 1.122C #2"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\"><span style=\"color:#800000\"><strong>Update: Pendragon is now open to all players!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Pendragon test server will be coming down<strong>&nbsp;tomorrow, March 8th, at 2:00 PM EST \/ 7:00 PM GMT<\/strong>&nbsp;to deliver a crash fix and some additional mouse-related updates to Pendragon!<\/p>\n<p>Here are the additional changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tFixed a crash bug in some behind-the-scenes guild processes.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tSeveral fixes were implemented to alleviate issues for players who used left-click and right-click mouse keybinds as gameplay functions (such as auto-run, stick, face, etc.).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThese fixes should enable these players to use the mouse as they currently do on live (or very close to it).<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tIf you bind any gameplay functions to your mouse&#8217;s left or right-click we implore you to login to Pendragon and test these changes and submit any issues you have to the <a href=\"http:\/\/darkageofcamelot.com\/contact\">feedback form<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAdded a \/keyboard window setting to enable or disable the &#8220;move forward&#8221; keybind from breaking auto-run.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThe default setting will be that auto-run is NOT broken by the &#8220;move forward&#8221; key.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tCustom UI developers should look at the key_config.xml window in the UI\/Atlantis folder to see the new setting and add it to any custom key_config.xml windows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tMouselook is now automatically turned off when bringing up the \/keyboard window.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tTooltips will no longer draw when in mouse look or mouse pan modes.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tThe \/keyboard window no longer allows mouse clicks to go through the window.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThis means targeting, mouse-turning, or mouse-panning will no longer happen if the initial click happens while the cursor is hovering over the \/keyboard window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can check out the consolidated and up-to-date Pendragon notes by clicking the patch notes image below!<\/p>\n<div class=\"rtecenter\">\n\t<a href=\"\/content\/1122c-pendragon-test-server-patch-notes\" style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http\/\/darkageofcamelot.com\/sites\/daoc\/files\/images\/images\/patch_notes.png\" style=\"width: 300px;height: 137px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<strong>We highly suggest separating out your normal game directory from your Pendragon game directory *before* patching and testing on Pendragon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t<strong>\u200b<\/strong><strong>If you do not do this, you *will* experience issues when patching back to live.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>To force the live client to fix these issues, you will need to delete the mft.myp in your game&#8217;s directory and run the patcher again.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For those interested in testing on Pendragon, follow the character copy process&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/camelotherald.wikia.com\/wiki\/How_do_I_copy_my_character_to_Pendragon%3F\">here<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Source: The Herald<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update: Pendragon is now open to all players!
