Depending on feedback, some or all of these changes could become permanent.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tThe ruined keeps of Caer Benowyc, Bledmeer Faste, and Dun Crauchon, along with their towers, have been restored to a normal, non-ruined state.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThese keeps will still only have two towers instead of three.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tPlease note that they will still appear as &#8220;ruined&#8221; on the \/realmwar map for the remainder of the event.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tThe &#8216;Resource Crates&#8217; for the Supplies for the Cause quest remain inside the now non-ruined keeps. They are also still available on Ellan Vannin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tThe Buggane&#8217;s Obelisk buff now only awards characters bonus bounty points and coin and no longer awards bonus realm points. This was an over-sight with the recent addition of the new campaign&#8217;s dungeons and the disabling of the Catacombs expansion zones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Animist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Creeping Path specialization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tAll armor factor debuff spells have had their duration reduced to 15 seconds, down from 45 seconds. This aligns all 3 realms\u2019 armor factor debuffs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bonedancer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Darkness specialization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tThe non-targetable phantasm summons in the Bone Revenant line of spells no longer attack or uncover stealthed targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Suppression specialization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tAll disarms have been changed to fumbles.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 1 \u2013 Punish Combatant \u2013 1500 range \u2013 Instant cast \u2013 3s duration \u2013 5m reuse \u2013 20% power \u2013 Increases the targets fumble chance by 3%.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 11 \u2013 Punish Assailant \u2013 1500 range \u2013 Instant cast \u2013 6s duration \u2013 5m reuse \u2013 20% power \u2013 Increases the targets fumble chance by 5%.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 21 \u2013 Punish Aggressor \u2013 1500 range \u2013 Instant cast \u2013 8s duration \u2013 3m reuse \u2013 20% power \u2013 Increases the targets fumble chance by 10%.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 31 \u2013 Punish Opponent \u2013 1500 range \u2013 Instant cast \u2013 12s duration \u2013 60s reuse \u2013 20% power \u2013 Increases the targets fumble chance by 20%.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 41 \u2013 Punish Soldier \u2013 1500 range \u2013 Instant cast \u2013 15s duration \u2013 60s reuse \u2013 20% power \u2013 Increases the targets fumble chance by 30%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bone Army specialization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 42 \u2013 Ruin Bones \u2013 Damage reduced to 121 per tick, down from 131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Heretic<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 48 \u2013 Torrential Blaze \u2013 Damage increased. Now delves for 170 damage, up from 150, and increases by 60% each tick (2s frequency), up from 50%, with a maximum damage increase of 170%, up from 135%. Range remains at 1600, 15s duration.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 42 \u2013 Whirling Blaze \u2013 115 damage and increases by 45% each tick (2s frequency), with a maximum damage increase of 110%. Range remains at 1600, 15s duration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mentalist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mana Magic specialization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 46 \u2013 Storm of Insanity \u2013 Damage reduced to 121 per tick, down from 131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Necromancer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deathsight Baseline<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tThe ground disease spell has had its values adjusted as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tLevel 6 &#8211; Decrepit Ground &#8211; Range reduced from 1000 to 500, radius reduced from 250 to 75, tick frequency reduced from 1s to 5s\/tick..<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tLevel 16 &#8211; Wretched Ground &#8211; Range reduced from 1000 to 500, radius reduced from 275 to 100, tick frequency reduced from 1s to 4.5s\/tick..<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tLevel 26 &#8211; Rotting Ground &#8211; Range reduced from 1000 to 500, radius reduced from 300 to 125, tick frequency reduced from 1s to 4s\/tick..<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tLevel 36 &#8211; Desecrated Ground &#8211; Range reduced from 1000 to 500, radius reduced from 325 to 150, tick frequency reduced from 1s to 3.5s\/tick..<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\t\tLevel 46 &#8211; Unholy Ground &#8211; Range reduced from 1000 to 500, radius reduced from 350 to 200, tick frequency reduced from 1s to 3s\/tick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deathsight specialization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tLevel 47 \u2013 Infinite Death \u2013 Damage reduced to 121 per tick, down from 131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Warlock<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Witchcraft specialization<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\tAll armor factor debuff spells have had their duration reduced to 15 seconds, down from 45 seconds.
